GSSY is a spiritual practice based on Mantra Chanting & Meditation which has come from the ancestral masters of the ‘Nath Sect'. During meditation on Gurudev Siyag's picture, the seeker undergoes Automatic Yogic Movements which are induced by the awakened Kundalini (Female Divine Force). These Yogic Kriyas gradually bring harmony and a perfect balance in a seeker's mind, body and spirit. The practice of Gurudev Siyag's Siddha Yoga - GSSY is totally 'Free of Cost'.

Gurudev Siyag initiates a seeker as his disciple by giving him/her a mantra - a divine word - to chant silently. Daily meditation is to be accompanied by chanting of the mantra. The mantra needs to be chanted mentally even when not meditating, round the clock.
Method of Meditation
Gurudev Siyag has simplified the process by introducing a simple & easy-to-follow method of meditation.
Sit in a comfortable position facing any direction. You can sit cross legged on the floor or on a chair or lie down in case unable to sit.
Look at Gurudev’s image for a minute or two.
Then close your eyes and try to see Gurudev’s image at the centre of your forehead (Agyachakra) and silently pray to Gurudev to help you meditate for 15 minutes.
Mentally chant the Sanjeevani mantra given by Gurudev (without moving your lips and tongue) while meditating.
During this period, if you undergo any type of yogic movements, do not panic. Let it happen. Do not try to stop them. These yogic postures are a part of your inner cleansing. These will stop once the requested time period of meditation is over.
Meditate in this way for 15 minutes in the morning and evening on an empty stomach.
