I am Aviral Gupta, son of Shri Deependra Gupta. I am ten years old. I live in Pune, Maharashtra. I was suffering from asthma and allergy from the last 2 to 3 years. I had to use asthma inhaler before going out to play. Sometimes I had to use inhaler even at night.

  • My father has been practicing Gurudev Shri Ramlal Ji Siyag’s Siddha Yoga for a long time now. He regularly chants the Sanjeevani mantra and meditates. I also started chanting the mantra and meditating on Gurudev since the last 2-3 months. Within few days, I started experiencing Yogic Kriyas of the chest and also some other Yogic movements. As a result of these Yogic Kriyas, I started feeling better within few days of starting this spiritual practice and now my asthma has been completely cured. I do not need to use the inhaler anymore.

Now, I go out to play without having to use the inhaler. Also, I am able to play for a longer duration than before. My asthma got cured only by chanting the Sanjeevani mantra and meditating on Gurudev. This is quite astonishing for all of us as asthma is still an incurable disease in the medical world.
